This policy explains how AI Agency Brisbane handles information collected through aiagencybrisbane.net, our enquiry forms and related communications.

Information we collect

When you make an enquiry, we may collect your name, work email, phone number, business name, role, team or project details, the workflow you want to improve, and any other information you choose to provide.

We also collect technical and campaign information that helps us understand how an enquiry reached us. This may include the page URL, referring page, browser user agent, approximate request information supplied by our hosting provider, UTM campaign values and advertising click identifiers such as GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID, FBCLID or MSCLKID.

How we use information

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Enquiry records are stored in Cloudflare infrastructure. We may also use internal notification services, including Discord or Telegram when configured, so the responsible operator can respond to a new enquiry. Those providers may process information in other countries under their own service terms.

We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, our business records and applicable obligations. We may retain records longer where required by law or needed to establish or defend a legal claim.

Campaign measurement and browser storage

The site uses session storage in your browser to keep first-touch campaign information during your visit. Google Analytics 4 and advertising measurement load only after you choose “Accept measurement” in the privacy controls. If you decline, those tags are not loaded. We measure page interactions, form starts and outcomes, calls-to-action, telephone clicks and email clicks, but we do not send form contents, names, email addresses or phone numbers to analytics. You can review your choice at any time using the “Privacy choices” button.

Disclosure

We may disclose information to service providers that help us host the site, receive notifications, communicate with you, measure campaigns or deliver a requested service. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a genuine business restructure. We do not authorise providers to use enquiry information for their own unrelated marketing.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information and service. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not submit passwords, API keys, health information, financial account details or other highly sensitive material through a website enquiry form.

Your choices and requests

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information that we no longer need, subject to any legal or record-keeping obligation. You can also tell us not to send marketing communications. Service-related replies to an active enquiry are not marketing messages.
