For businesses using Microsoft 365

Microsoft 365 Copilot agents built around your business.

We scope, build and roll out agents that help your team work with approved knowledge, handle repeat requests and support controlled workflows across Microsoft 365.

  • Ground answers in approved organisational knowledge
  • Select Agent Builder or Copilot Studio for the actual use case
  • Design permissions, testing and human escalation into the rollout
  • Provide admin handover and an agreed support plan

Paid B2B implementation service. Fixed-scope proposal after discovery. Microsoft licensing and usage charges are separate unless stated in your proposal.

Practical business use cases

Start with work your team repeats.

A useful first agent has an identified audience, approved sources, a clear boundary and a person who owns the outcome.

01

Internal knowledge assistant

Help staff find answers from approved SharePoint content, policies, procedures and project information while retaining source context for checking.

02

Service and request triage

Collect the right details, identify the request type and route it to the appropriate person or controlled next step.

03

Sales and operations support

Prepare call context, retrieve approved information, draft structured notes and initiate agreed workflows with human review where required.

04

Onboarding and process guidance

Give employees a consistent way to navigate internal processes, required information and escalation paths.

Qualify the opportunity

Designed for organisations with a real workflow owner.

The platform is only part of the solution. Data access, process design, testing and operational ownership determine whether an agent is suitable for business use.

A good fit

  • Your business already uses Microsoft 365
  • Staff repeat the same questions or process steps
  • Approved knowledge sources can be identified
  • An owner can review access, tests and rollout decisions

Not the service for

  • Personal or household Copilot setup
  • Ways to bypass Microsoft 365 permissions
  • Unreviewed autonomous decisions in high-risk processes
  • A generic chatbot without an agreed business outcome

What the engagement covers

A controlled path from idea to pilot.

We define what the agent may access, what it should do, when it must involve a person and how the business will assess its output.

Discuss my use case
  • Workflow and audience scope Define users, repeated work, expected outputs, exclusions and the person accountable for the agent.
  • Agent-path recommendation Assess whether Agent Builder, Copilot Studio or another approach better fits the audience, workflow and governance needs.
  • Knowledge and connection plan Identify approved sources and required systems without granting broader access than the use case needs.
  • Instructions, actions and review gates Configure agent behaviour, escalation points and human approval for sensitive or consequential steps.
  • Test set and pilot rollout Check expected questions, permissions, failure cases and escalation behaviour with a defined pilot group.
  • Handover and support scope Document ownership, administration, known boundaries and the agreed approach to updates and improvement.

Delivery process

Scope, build, test and hand over.

No two Microsoft 365 environments are identical. The implementation is based on your tenant, permissions, source material and operating process.

Map the workflow

Review the business outcome, users, approved content, current Microsoft setup, access boundaries and success checks.

Build and test

Configure the agreed agent, knowledge and actions, then test representative requests, permissions and escalation cases.

Pilot and hand over

Release to the agreed pilot group, record feedback and provide administration guidance with the final support scope.

Microsoft 365 agent questions

Before you plan the rollout.

What can a Microsoft 365 Copilot agent do for a business?

A Copilot agent can help staff work with approved organisational knowledge, answer repeat internal questions and support defined processes. The exact functions depend on the selected Microsoft product, licences, permissions, data sources and integrations.

Should we use Agent Builder or Copilot Studio?

Agent Builder can suit focused knowledge and small-team scenarios. Copilot Studio is generally considered for broader deployment, multi-step workflows, external integrations or more detailed lifecycle controls. We assess the use case before recommending a path.

Will the agent be able to see all of our company data?

Access should be deliberately scoped. Microsoft 365 agents operate within configured identity, permission and governance controls, while any external connection needs its own access review. Permission testing is part of the implementation plan.

Do we need Microsoft licences before starting?

Licensing and tenant eligibility depend on the selected agent experience and how it will be used. We review the current environment during discovery. Microsoft licences and consumption charges are separate unless a proposal expressly includes them.

Can a Copilot agent connect to systems outside Microsoft 365?

Copilot Studio can support connectors and custom integrations for suitable systems. Each connection is assessed for technical fit, permissions, data handling and the need for human approval before it is included in scope.
